General Shipping Information

All the items are made-to-order. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.  

We offer FREE shipping in the contiguous US.

Shipping and Delivery Time

All orders are made and dispatched from one of our US printing and framing facilities - located at Anaheim, California, and Louisville, Kentucky, whichever is closer to you. Please note orders are processed on weekdays only. All orders are shipped out within 3 business days. 

Our courier partners are UPS and FedEx.After the print is ready to ship, the shipping time will be based on your location. Please see the map below for approximate shipping times.

If you need your order arrive by a certain date, please contact us before placing order.

Holiday Delivery Cut-Off Dates 

To receive your order before Christmas, you will need to place orders before Friday December 13. Our production team will take a break during December 23-25 2024 and  January 1 2025. Please expect some delay due to the break. Our customer support team will be working through the whole holiday season.  

Express Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, most couriers don't offer express shipping to such items. It is possible to express ship Unframed Poster, we cannot able to express ship framed artwork unfortunately. 

If you need express shipping, please contact us to check if express shipping is available and get a quote.

International Shipping 

Our unframed prints, wallpaper and wall decal can be shipping internationally. Framed prints may or may not be shipped to you, depending on where you are. Please contact us to place order manually, as there is international shipping cost involved and we need you address to quote you.
