Artworks
We offer different framings depending on the artworks.
For canvas prints or original paintings on canvas:
- Framed Canvas: canvas stretched to an inner stretcher bar and framed with shadow box floater frame outside.
- Stretched Canvas: canvas stretched to stretcher bars
For poster or original drawing on paper
- Poster Framed - framed with timber frame with acrylic glass on top.
- Unframed Poster - print on art paper or original drawing on paper, rolled up in mailing tube.
Custom frame available on request !
We can offer custom framing, like any of your local framing shop, at extra cost. Please contact us if you need such service.

Our prints are printed with the latest and best Epson printer using genuine UltraChrome® PRO12 Ink. As per Epson, the prints will last up to 200 years colour and 400 years black-and-white if they are taken care properly.
All you need to do is to :
1) Avoid exposure to direct sunlight;
2) Wipe clean with a dry cloth gentaly when it's dusty.
All our framed wall artworks will have professional framer's hang wire pre-installed, arrive ready-to-hang. You just need to get nails or hanging hooks ready.

If you would like any custom sizes that are smaller than the sizes available on the website, you may just go ahead and place an order without checking with us.
Here is how:
1. Choose the closest but larger size. For example, if you would like to order a print in 45*65cm, choose 50*70cm.
2. Go to your shopping cart page, add an order note specifying the actual size. Complete the order.
Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact us to place an order for you. Our team review every order prior to process. We will confirm with you on receiving any custom size order.

Some of our artwork are available in larger sizes than listed sizes. The largest size available varies depending on prints. Please contact us to check and get a quote.
In order to set the right expections, we use resized original images as product images, strickly no PS or filter. However, even the same image may have different look on different devices. For example, you will see the colours of the same image look slightly different on iPhone v.s. Andriod phones v.s. some desktop monitors.
If you have concern about colours, it's highly recommended to view the product images with different devices to double check. You are always welcome to contact us.

Shipping
- Domestic shipping is free for shipping throughout the contiguous US.
- We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska too, but due to increased costs, rates for these states will be dynamically quoted, similar to international shipments.
- Please note, that we can not ship to PO boxes due to the size of our shipments.

We can do rush order and express shipping at extra cost for some of the artworks, depending on what you are going to order and where to ship to.

We ship all around the world. As we sell so many different sizes of wall arts, the shipping cost can only be calculated manually. We, therefore, can only manually place orders for you. Please contact us and, let us know what you are going to purchase and your address. We will find out what is the extra shipping cost.
Please be aware that there may be import tax charged by your country's custom which will be at customer's own cost. Gioia is not responsible for any custom/import tax of orders shipped overseas.
Our team would pack your orde securely. Overall speaking we have an extremely low damage rate, but it cannot be totally avoid, thanks to some crazy courier 🤷♀️.
We will happily replace your artwork if it arrives damaged. No extra cost will incur, of course. Click here for the Replacement policy and process.
Order & Payment
We will send you a notification email when your order is on its way to you. If you click View your order from the email, it will bring you to your order page where you will see a clickable tracking ID.
If you created an account with us, you can also login to you account and find your order history where you can see the tracking information.
Orders with standard shipping can be canceled within 12 hours, providing the order hasn't been produced yet. We will charge a 7% administration fee for order cancellation. Orders with express shipping cannot be canceled as they are sent to production as soon as we receive your order.
Wholesale
Yes, we wholesale to Brick and Mortar Retailing businesses, Interior Designers, Real Estate Stylists, Commercial & Residential Property Developers, Hotels & Resorts, and Home Stylists.
